To the editor: I don't know how long Tom Taggart's been a Presbyterian but obviously it's not long enough to know the 2nd cardinal virtue of the church. Right after "We've never done it that way before" is "Show me the money..." I propose we only receive inactive members and make them active whereupon they are elected as elders and deacons.
