To the Editor: In reply to David A. Medeiros He seems shocked at what he calls my "name calling" – but haven't the advocates of Amendment B been calling thousands and thousands of committed Presbyterian faithful gay folks even worse names all these years?? Why is it OK for them to be called "NOT ACCEPTABLE" and not "good enough" to be leaders? But suddenly when I say something which maybe is a little close for comfort it's such a horror??I have total confidence in my own mental health, and simply state that if anyone wants to talk to the many folks in the church I have counseled and loved over the years, come on by to any Presbytery of Southern New England meeting and ASK ABOUT ME.
