Paul Rolf Jensen forwarded a copy of the following email note to us.

I read Mr. Jensen's summary of his actions and have the following comments.

First, he needs to GET A LIFE!

Second, the current judicial law is that he has to have witnesses to actual SEXUAL ACTIVITY which under Amendment B is the ONLY thing possible to have charges brought. Read the Weir case and Hair case. Simply stating "defiance" is not an action subject to discipline. Do his "witnesses" set up video tapes in Presbyterian's bedrooms? If this is the evidence he has, he is a criminal under ALL state laws, and I hope he is prepared to go to jail.

Third, more than once he stated something about "ordaining homosexuals."
Our denomination DOES NOT HAVE ANY RULE AGAINST ORDAINING HOMOSEXUALS. Where has he been for the last twenty years? Amendment B only addresses 1) "self-acknowledged sin" and 2) Sexual practice. Just BEING GAY is NOT A bar to ordination.

Fourth, I am ashamed that someone like Mr. Jensen is in MY church. He
needs to repent and look at the LOG in his own eye. What did Jesus say
about casting the first stone?

Finally, as a famous bard once said "THOU DOST PROTEST TOO MUCH!" Mr. Jensen obviously has some neurotic or psychotic problems with his own sexuality or why would he be doing this? The only people who WOULD POSSIBLY HAVE A REAL RIGHT to file any of these charges are people in the churches served by the many "accused." Mr. Jensen needs to look at his own psyche, there is something very wrong there, not to mention very un-Christian.
